3. What is Sweat Synergy's return policy?

Sweat Synergy has a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchange policy: All sales final, but we offer store credit within days of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, Once we receiv and inspect your items, we will notify you of your store credit. if approved, the store credit will be applied to your account within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 7. How should I care for the apparel I purchased?

To keep your apparel in great condition, machine wash it in cold water (30°C or below), hang it to dry, avoid ironing, and skip the dry cleaning. For best results, wash and dry the items inside-out.
